The Y-Teens VI and Y-Teens Little Sisters Girls groups, hosted by YWCA USVI Inc., are two groups geared towards developing the leadership potential of girls and young women through a multi-disciplined approach focused on building self-esteem, life skills and ensuring personal development and growth. These two clubs offer age based programs of mentorship and peer learning in an inter-generational, safe and friendly YWCA setting, utilizing the YWCA SAFE SPACES Model

All Y-Teens VI and YWCA USVI events are focused on developing the “Whole Girl and Young Woman’, healthy and fit in Body, Mind and Spirit. Participation in the Y-Teens VI program equips Girls and young women to become young leaders committed to helping to lead change in their Virgin Islands community and the world.

Y-TEENS VI gives young girls (11–17 years) the opportunity to engage fun in activities that promote positive life choices, develop life and leadership skills, ensure personal development and growth, as well as provide opportunities to explore their developing spirituality and individual life and leadership path.

YWCA Little Sisters Club – Many Y-Teens VI members also have younger sisters, cousins, friends who also want to be involved in the Girls activities sponsored by YWCA USVI Inc. They are most welcomed to do so. For younger Girls (7-10) years of age, YWCA offers a Little Sister’s club meeting focused on fun, learning activities that are age appropriate for our youngest members.
